The Late Mr. Sangram Patil Chairman and Managing Director
The Late Mr. Sangram Patil, the esteemed founder of the company, is a first generation developer and an entrepreneur. With Over 25+ years of rich experience in real estate, he was renowed for his for his profound knowledge, innovation spirit and keen understanding of customer needs. Under his vision and guidance, the company emerged as a dominant force in Navi Mumbai and Raigad region.
With 25+ years of experience in Real estate, he was encyclopedic on land and 12.5% plot acquisition transactions. His attention to detail ensured customer satisfaction and timely completion of projects. This has made Mr. Sangram Patil the most trusted and respected name in the Infra/Real Estate Industry.
He was also active member in various industry forums like MCHI-CREDAI, BNI and Maharashtrian Builders Association(MHBA).
He served as a Secretary of MCHI - CREDAI , Navi Mumbai.
He was twice elected as the President of “Maharashtrian Builders Association” of Navi Mumbai, Raigad district.

Tejas is a Hands-on Marketing & Business Development professional, creative thinker, structured and organised, proactive and results-driven, with broad experience including brand building, go-to-market strategies and a passion for winning with customers through the proper mix of traditional and digital communication.He ensures that our clients get an honest and entirely professional satisfactory experience. He is a Business Management Graduate from Mumbai University (BMS – Marketing). Tejas Patil is a seasoned executive in the Indian real estate industry with over 4+years of experience at both corporate and individual level. His expertise and efficiency in implementing solutions and strategies for real estate corporates has become a key contributor to the respective businesses, their profitability and growth. He is involved in every stage of the real estate process, from strategy to execution in Tejas Builders.
